📋 How does it work?

Step 1: Place your order

Once your payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.

Step 2: Send your files

Transfer your stems via SwissTransfer only to the email address provided in the confirmation.

Important: Include your order number in the transfer message.

Step 3: We work on your project

Your track is carefully mastered, respecting your original mix.

Step 4: Validation

You will receive a first version for approval. 2 feedbacks are included to adjust the rendering according to your preferences.

Step 5: Final Delivery

Receive your final mastering in the desired formats within 10 days maximum.

🎚️ How to prepare your stems correctly

To ensure optimal mastering, follow these essential guidelines:

File format

• Export your Master track only with your already made mix (pre-master)
• WAV format
• Same sample rate and bit depth as your original project (minimum 44.1kHz / 24-bit)

Headroom: -2 to -3dB required

Headroom represents the space available between the loudest peak of your mix and 0dB (the digital maximum).

Why is this important? It gives me the headroom to process your audio without distortion or digital saturation.

How to do this? Lower the volume of your mix's master fader so that the highest peak reaches -2 or -3dB maximum (never above -2dB).

Essential technical rules

✅ TO DO:

• Keep your initial mix as is (balance, pans, creative processing)
  
• Export from the exact start of the project (time 0:00)
• Delete your master chain on the master track before exporting

❌ DON’T:

• Hit the red (no clipping/digital distortion)
• Leave mastering plugins on the master (limiter, maximizer, etc.)
